What is ZidRun?
ZidRun helps you discover running races across Algeria, register for them, track your runs, and train with a personal AI coach — all in one place.
How do I register for a race?
Open a race from the Races page, pick your category, and follow the steps. You'll need an account, and some races require a payment or documents that the organizer confirms.
Is ZidRun free?
Browsing races, creating an account, and registering are free. Race entry fees are set by each organizer. The AI coach is free for your first week, then needs a subscription.
How does the AI coach free week work?
Every new account gets a free trial of the AI coach. When it ends, subscribe monthly or yearly to keep your personalized plans, run analysis, and coaching chat.
How do I subscribe to the coach and pay?
Go to Account → Coach subscription, choose a plan, pay by BaridiMob or CCP, and upload a screenshot of your transfer. Our team reviews it and activates your subscription shortly.
How do I change the language or theme?
Open your Account screen and use the Language and Appearance sections. Your choice is saved to your account and follows you when you sign in on another device.
How do I contact support?
Go to Account → Chat with support to message our team directly. We'll reply in the same chat and notify you when we do.
How do I become a race organizer?
From your account, choose “Request organizer access.” Once approved, you can publish races and manage participants from the organizer dashboard.
